Factory Game Part 2 Picture

Factory Game Reflection

Revising the words before we did the factory game part 2, was a genius idea because most of the words we put into action. Like the assembly line. It was really unfair to the manager of the operation because they automatically fail a quiz (which sucks because I was the manager)! But throughout the period my team worked well and did as they were told, one of the reasons being that anyone who disobeyed me, I could fire. We made a lot of piggies but non of them could replace the pig I made, mostly because non of them looked like the pig i made.

It was a fun activity and I hope to do more of them in the future. Go piggy, go piggy!!!

Factory Game Feedback - Piggy

The Factory Game was a fun idea. We got to think creatively but still use a limited amount of resources. I still think we could have had a longer time to do the activity. Some people really went out of heir way to do this activity but in the end it all paid off.

Roller Coaster Extreme

We were waiting in line to board one of the fastest roller coaster rides in Malaysia. We walked over to our seats and sat there waiting with anticipation. My dad told me to fasten the silver buckle that stood dangling next to my shoulder. Slowly we started moving, my hands began to sweat, i could hear my heart beating in my ears. "WOWOWOWOWOWO," screamed the people behind and in front of us. As we moved higher and higher to the apex of the track. My heart pounded more then ever. Mu hands were shaking, but the only think that kept me calm was the aroma of hot dogs and french fries. I took one last breathe. With a blink of an eye we dropped!

Mother Necessity "Where wouldwe be....?"

http://www.dbaol.com/images/tactics/chariot1x1.jpg

Necessity is the mother of invention means that need gives birth to invention. When one person needs something, another person will create it.

1) When the mother asked her son, "Elias, can you help me with my sewing?" He said that when he was older that he would fulfill his mother's fondest wishes. And when he grow up he invented the sewing machine.

2) Another example, is when Little Tomas Alva Edison said, "I'll grow up to be a great inventor and I'll make a lamp to help my mommy see." And when he grew up he invented electricity.

3) The last example is, when Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone so that his mother could phone her friends instead of sending him on a horse.

How do I learn best????? :)

Well, the best way i learn is when you explain it to me in words then I practice doing it myself. Then, I can explain it and also do it. Also playing games and fun activities are also a great way for me to learn and always CANDY!!! Give me a piece of candy every time I get to known an activity. Making the classroom fun and each lesson exciting is a great start. But the best way to make to make it fun is with CANDY!!! And please please don't talk a lot, because then we don't play any attention! But I love my humanities class and the people in it!! :) :) :) :) :) :)

First Weeks of 8th grade!! Holy Moly!!

The first week of school was so awesome!! But two things I liked the most was getting to see all my friends after 2 whole months, and the second thing was that, my classmates and I get to rule Middle School. My first impression of Humanities was, "OH MY GOD, I HAVE MR. COYLE!!" I am pretty good at Humanities but i would like my English to get better and for me to read a whole lot more. Over the summer i read three and a half books but I know I could have done better. I am really trying to make this the best 8th grade ever!!
