- Add two spoons of a Treaty of Versailles which solved nothing
- Stir in one cup of a failed League of nations
- Combined with the rise of fascism
- Then add 7 teaspoons of appeasement
- Mix gently with German Aggression
- And lastly decorate with 1/2 a cup of Japanse Aggression
